Getting Serious About Weightloss

Okay, it's about time I start to get serious about my weight.
The hardest part is portioning my food.
I can't help myself from having another serving.
And, it's so hot outside, I just crave having soda, juice and coca cola icee.

How do I get myself to stop craving these foods?
I think the only way to really do this is to start taking some kind of appetite suppressor.
But, I haven't found any, so far, that has worked.

Who knows? Maybe it did.
Since my last diet, I've gained 10 pounds.
I'm obese.

So, if I am serious about really losing 40 pounds to get back to my normal weight
So that I can feel more alive,
have more energy,
and everything else that comes with being overweight,
I really need to get down and serious with this.

I just saw two girls that were fatter than me,
get skinnier than me!!!!!

Uhhhh!!! What is going on??????????

Okay, so I just ordered a new batch of the ItWorks body applicator pack of 4
I actually got the bundle of applicators, fat fighter pills and lotion.

But, I am going to be having my period soon,
so that means I cannot do the wraps until after my period is over.
Then I will follow the directions completely to get results I so desperately seek.

Okay, so future update I will be showing you my before and after Itworks photos.
Wish me luck and endurance to overcome my eating weakness for sweets and salts.
