Do Carb Inhibitors Really Work?

I am one of those skeptics that don't believe that you are able to stop carbs from turning into sugars which then turn into fat.  But, after going 3 years without using ItWorks products, I have come to the conclusion that well...it actually works.

All this time I've actually gained 10 pounds and climbing.
I am 50 pounds overweight and I don't know how to stop it.
So, heck if taking the FatFighter will help, then why not do it.

I've been on it for 3 days now and seeing how that goes.
I think I need to add the ThermoFit.
I didn't realize this carb inhibitor has Green Tea Extract which is 20% caffeine
Oh well, whatever, I thought caffeine gives you a rush and a crash later.

You're only supposed to take this pill with a large meal.
Heck, for me, that's every meal.
When is there no large meal.
I eat carbs at every meal, being Asian rice is at every meal.

But, you can only take 4 pills a day.
After reading around the internet about the kidney bean extract in this pill,
I found it makes people feel bloated and gassy.

No wonder I've been burping out my lunch practically all afternoon.
I haven't gotten diarrhea yet, but I didn't realize those were the side effects
of taking a carb inhibitor with the kidney beans in it.

That makes sense, it is a bean.
Oops! I think I got the wrong pill.
I actually wanted ThermoFit.
Oh well, finish this one up and then get the other one.
