I am going to make my own weightloss challenge. So I weighed in this morning at 169lbs. Holy cows. Last night, after a day out eating, I weighed in at 171lbs. Help me!!! I haven't done the wrap yet because I am going to be starting my monthly cycle real soon. And apparently, you are not supposed to use the ItWorks applicator if you are menstruating.
Geez, I thought I was losing weight because I could zip up the skirt I used to church yesterday.
Usually, it's really tight and hard to zip up.
So, gosh, didn't know I had gained weight.
Oh well, no use crying over spilled milk, it's now time to look ahead.
I don't want to give up before I even start.
My biggest problem at the moment is, still eating what I love to eat,
No physical exercise, unless you count going into the garden as exercise.
Even if it was, it doesn't help me with losing weight.
